Seven Doors to Heaven came from a very personal place from the deep need to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves. We’ve both experienced what it feels like to be constantly doing, constantly giving and to feel like something’s still missing. This retreat is our way of creating space for others to come home to themselves, the way we’ve learned to.
A place to come back to the body, to simplicity, and to what truly matters. Our hope is that when you leave,
you don’t feel changed, but you feel restored and realigned with who you were before the chaos and the overwhelm.
We hope you’ll come when it feels right.
To your highest and best self,
– Geeta and Divya

This retreat brought me closer to my feelings and helped me reconnect with my spiritual side. Practicing gratitude reminded me of how much I already have. Every day felt deeper than the last, and today, doing the gratitude circle, was truly powerful. I’ve started sleeping better, feeling more energetic, and I’m much calmer overall. Even my fitness tracker reflects the change. I plan to continue yoga, pranayama, and daily gratitude. This journey felt safe from day one. I think everyone could benefit from emotional healing, even if they don’t realise it yet.
I feel so much lighter now. My heart is calm and free from stress. Every morning, I plan to spend 15 minutes with myself, through yoga, meditation, or just quiet reflection. This retreat felt like being with family. I could share openly without any judgment. The structure was beautiful, the food was nourishing, and it helped me understand the value of caring for my body and mind. I hope more people from around the world get to experience this.
This retreat went far beyond what I imagined. I thought it would just be about yoga, but the mental and meditative practices took me to a place I didn’t know I could reach. I came in anxious; I’m leaving calm, light, and clear. The yoga helped release all the stiffness in my body, and the depth of meditation was unlike anything I’ve experienced. If I had to rate this, 10 wouldn’t be enough. Everyone, especially those facing pressure in city life, should experience this kind of transformation
